You may ask whether we hold your personal information and request access, correction, updating or deletion. Account tools may allow you to make some changes directly. Other requests can be sent to customer support. Changes may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Where information is processed for direct marketing, you may object at any time to that processing, including related profiling.

In-App Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where the application was downloaded. Billing and transaction processes are governed by the relevant store’s terms and policies. Payment issues and refund requests for those purchases should be directed to the store provider.
Payment or transaction information held by the store provider may remain subject to that provider’s retention rules even after a PTEClasses account is deleted.
Processor Disclosure And Retention
Our collection, use and disclosure of information through the PTEClasses website and application is limited to providing and supporting PTEClasses services.
Where PTEClasses processes information for a customer acting as the data controller, an individual may need to direct access, correction or deletion requests to that controller. Individual PTEClasses users may contact us directly about inaccurate information.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain audit records and enforce agreements. Following termination, personal data may be deleted within up to 60 days, except where law requires retention or information remains securely isolated in backups or audit logs.
