The candidate will be provided with an audio clip of a short sentence of 4 to 10 seconds; The candidate has to listen to the audio and repeat the sentence loudly. There can be 10 to 16 words in each sentence.

Content: it determines your marks by testing the content you have delivered by repeating the sentence, below are the score marking you can get on this task.
- All words in the response of the audio clip are in the proper sequence (3 points)
- At least 50% of words in the response of the audio clip are in the appropriate sequence (2 points)
- Less Than 50% of words in the response of the audio clip are in the proper sequence (1 point)
- No response (0 points)
Note: if you didn’t speak a complete phrase, you would be only given 2 points ( for 50% words) doesn’t matter if you missed one word only. Or else, you have spoken less than 50%, and you will be provided only 1 point for the content delivery.
The other pronunciation and oral fluency points will be combined before the final score.

- Avoid using fillers such as ‘umm’, ‘err’ e.t.c, as it will negatively affect your marks
- Do not fumble while speaking/repeating.
- Use Correct Intonation while repeating the sentence

- Practice with your speaking partner. If you don’t have any partner nearby so you can practice in front of a mirror
